Description:
This course will significantly change how you evaluate and treat your foot/ankle patients! In it, you will learn the clusters of eval techniques and clusters of treatments that you can do to improve your efficiency of getting your foot/ankle patients better!
This idea of clusters is only taught by Hoban Seminars. These are the 2-6 joints / muscles / fascia that correlate to the specific diagnoses and dysfunctions that you see in your foot/ankle patients.
You’ll walk away with an easily-remembered way to eval and treat your patients and with techniques that you haven’t seen before.
Objectives:
At the completion of this seminar, each person will be able to:
- Correctly identify and treat the clusters of joint / muscle / fascial / etc dysfunctions that are causing typical diagnoses and limitations/pain in patients
- Correctly state the anatomical/physiological rationale for joint mobilizations
- Correctly state the anatomical/physiological rationale for MFR
- Correctly state the anatomical/physiological rationale for taping/IASTM
- Correctly state the reasoning for and examples of exercises for TE, TA, and NR
- Correctly demonstrate the joint mobilizations, MFR techniques, taping techniques, and other hands-on techniques taught in the course
- Correctly identify when a person needs over-the-counter arch supports or semi-custom orthotics to improve biomechanics and function
